Our mission is to change the way we perceive stress. We use hormetic stress conditioning through breathwork, hot and cold exposure to build resilient individuals. Designed with our community in mind, Inner Studio is a lush, green and light-filled, stress resilience training facility that offers: State of the art audio sound system. Acoustically engineered breathwork room. Traditional sauna. Hot (38°C) and cold (5°C) concrete plunge pools. Chill-out area with a fireplace and tea station.
