Casa Pilates

Casa pilates is fitzroy’s house of reformer pilates, created by founder michelle volpe. She has always felt a studio should feel warm, inviting and nurturing for it’s members. Community is at the forefront of the casa team’s mission. We embrace diversity and body-positivity, and we aim to build a place to call home where movement is supported for BODIES of all abilities, genders, races, shapes, and sizes. Michelle’s vision for the space has been inspired by trips to italy, where the mediterranean landscape, love for SOCIALISING, and the appreciation for the simple beauty of living is cherished.
